CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received after 30 September 2008 will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee payable shall be equal to the full accommodation charge for that room for the entire stay.

Booking which are not guaranteed will be released.

Guaranteed bookings will be held overnight until 1200hrs (GMT) the following day and in the event of the guest not arriving, a charge of full stay of entire booking period (at the booked rate) will apply.

All individual guests will cover their own expenses and guarantee any cancellation and no-shows for the entire duration of their stay.

A registration form for the guests booking directly will be sent prior to guest arrival and must include all credit card details. Any forms with no credit card details will not be confirmed or guaranteed. The hotel will also take a pre-authorization on each credit card for the entire stay.
